Giant Haka

It was a sight to see - 7,799 fans congregating on Rotorua's Lakefront Village Green taking part in the IRC's Giant Haka.

There was a strong contingent of Lions fans too which was a welcome sight. An enormous thank you to Rotorua Lakes Council, Rotorua Boys’ High School and Rotorua Girls’ High School, and haka leaders Wētini Mitai Ngatai and Eraia Kiel.

We now have cross check our numbers with our official counters, collate the evidence, submit to GWR and await there response. Fingers crossed.
